This Privacy Policy explains how [AI CODE GAME] (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with OWL TWIST (the “App”), including its optional rewarded advertisements.
1. Information stored on your device
OWL TWIST does not require an account. The App stores your puzzle progress, unlocked levels, saved game state, item state, local Hall of Fame records, and sound and vibration preferences on your device. These records support gameplay and are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. The current App has no online leaderboard or developer-provided cloud save service.
The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, personal photos, or precise GPS location. Puzzle pictures and audio are included with the App.
2. Advertising and privacy choices
The App integrates Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK for optional rewarded ads. When the advertising service is used, Google may automatically collect and share:
- IP addresses, which can indicate approximate location.
- App and advertising interactions, such as launches, taps, and video views.
- Diagnostic information about app and SDK performance.
- Advertising IDs, app set IDs, and other device or account-related identifiers where applicable.
Google uses this information for advertising, measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention. The information processed depends on device settings, privacy choices, and the advertising service configuration.
We also use Google’s User Messaging Platform to check privacy requirements and manage consent choices. The App requests a consent-status update when it starts, so privacy-related communication with Google may occur even if you do not watch an ad.
Rewarded ads are requested when you choose an ad reward, subject to the consent platform permitting ad requests. You can play the puzzles without watching ads. Offline play is available; ads and online consent updates require an internet connection.
Where available, open Settings → Privacy & ad choices → Privacy choices to review or change your choices. Android also provides advertising ID controls; available options and menu locations vary by device.

3. Information you provide when contacting us
If you contact us, we receive the email address and any information you include in your message. We use this information to answer questions, investigate reported problems, and handle privacy requests. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
4. Sharing and service providers
The App sends advertising and consent-related information to Google as described above. Support messages are processed through the email service used to receive and answer them.
We do not upload your local puzzle progress or Hall of Fame records to Google as gameplay records. We may disclose information we hold when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security threats, or legal claims.
Google may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Its policies describe its processing locations and applicable safeguards.
5. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until it is replaced during normal use or deleted. To remove it, use Android Settings → Apps → OWL TWIST → Storage → Clear storage / Clear data. Uninstalling the App also removes its local app data. Clearing data removes your saved progress, records, and preferences.
We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of information we hold about you.
Deleting local app data does not automatically delete information already processed by Google. Google determines retention of information it processes under its policies and provides its own privacy and deletion controls. The App has no user account to delete.
6. Security
Local game data is stored in the App’s private Android storage. Google states that data transmitted by the Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority.

8. Children’s privacy
