COLORIS — Privacy Policy
Effective / last updated: 2026-10-13
Developer: AI CODE GAME
Information we access or collect
COLORIS stores game information on your device, including mission progress, scores, game settings, item balances, unlocked fox album artwork, and rewarded-ad records. This information supports gameplay and saves your progress. A separate COLORIS account is not required for the core game.
The app includes Google AdMob advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising privacy choices. Google's advertising SDK can collect information including your IP address, approximate location inferred from that address, advertising and other device identifiers, app and advertising interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. The information processed depends on the SDK configuration, your choices, and applicable requirements.
If you contact us through the contact form linked on this policy page or our support email, we receive the contact details, message, and any attachments you choose to provide.
The fox album feature saves game artwork to your device. It does not upload your personal photographs to us.
How we use information
Locally stored information is used to save and restore game progress, remember your preferences, manage items and unlocked artwork, and apply rewarded-ad limits and rewards.
Advertising-related information is used by Google to deliver and measure advertisements, analyze advertising and SDK performance, and detect or prevent invalid traffic and fraud. Advertising personalization depends on your choices and applicable requirements.
Privacy-choice information is used to apply and remember your advertising consent preferences.
Information you provide when contacting us is used to respond to your enquiry, investigate reported problems, and provide support.
Data sharing and third-party services
COLORIS uses Google AdMob to provide advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform to manage advertising privacy choices. Google processes advertising-related information as described in this policy and its own privacy terms.
Google Privacy Policy:

Google advertising SDK data disclosures:

Your local game progress is not uploaded to a cloud-save service operated by us.
If you contact us, our website hosting or email service providers may process your message to deliver, store, and help us respond to it.
We may disclose information we hold when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the security of our services.
Service providers may process information outside your country of residence under their applicable privacy terms and safeguards. If you follow an advertisement or external link, information you provide to that service is governed by its own privacy policy.
Data security
Google states that information transmitted by its advertising SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Game progress is stored locally on your device and is subject to your device's security controls. COLORIS does not provide a cloud backup of your local progress.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect support information under our control and limit access to people who need it to handle enquiries.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information through support messages.
Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until it is replaced through normal gameplay or removed. You can remove local saves by clearing COLORIS app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. This may permanently remove your progress, items, settings, and unlock records.
Artwork exported to your gallery or another folder may remain after uninstallation. You can delete those files separately using your gallery or file manager.
We retain support communications only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your enquiry, maintain relevant support records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Google retains and deletes information it processes according to its own policies and available privacy controls. Uninstalling COLORIS does not automatically delete information previously processed by Google.
To request deletion of information held by us, use the contact form linked on this policy page or the privacy contact email shown here. We may request limited information to verify and respond to your request.
Children’s privacy
COLORIS is intended for [INTENDED AGE GROUP].
The core game does not ask players to provide their real name, home address, school information, or personal photographs. Advertising-related data processing is described in the advertising sections of this policy.
Children should not send personal information through our support channels without help from a parent or guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please use the contact form linked on this policy page or the privacy contact email shown here. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required by applicable law.
Your choices and rights
You can choose whether to watch optional rewarded advertisements.
Where advertising consent options are provided, you can review or change your choices through the app's advertising privacy controls. You can also manage or delete your advertising ID through Android settings, depending on your device and Android version. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily prevent all advertising-related data processing.
You can delete local game information by clearing app storage or uninstalling COLORIS. Saved album artwork can be deleted separately.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
To make a request concerning information held by us, use the contact form linked on this policy page or the privacy contact email shown here. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
